CHARACTERISTICS

CET 46 GREEN is a nutritional specialty specifically formulated to standardize and improve the ripening processes of fruit and vegetables.

The formulation, applied in the final stages of the crop cycle, activates the physiological mechanisms that lead to the biosynthesis of ethylene, the ripening hormone, and of the pigments responsible for the colouring of the fruit (anthocyanins and carotenoids).

Furthermore, chelated microelements act as catalysts, positively influencing the metabolism of sugars and fatty acids, and stabilize the lipid components of cell membranes, protecting them from degradation phenomena.

For this reason, CET 46 GREEN, while stimulating the ripening processes, maintains the consistency of the fruit and its shelf life unaltered after harvest.
