A combination consisting of two insecticides, Emamectin Benzoate and Lufenuron, has a different mode of action. Emamectin benzoate is a bio-based insecticide of natural origin. The contact effect of this insecticide is short, but it causes the death of the larvae of the target pests in a digestive way. Lufenuron is one of the compounds (IGRs) that prevent the synthesis of chitin and growth, and by interfering with the synthesis of this substance, it causes the problem of moulting in immature stages, stopping feeding and finally the death of the insect. Proc Fit should be used when the pest has just hatched and most of the pest population is made up of young larvae.

How it works:

Emamectin benzoate: It belongs to the avermectin group. Emamectin benzoate acts on GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) receptors in the nervous system and causes paralysis and eventually death of insects.

Lefenuron: is an insect growth regulator (IGR) of the benzoylurea group. By preventing the production of chitin, which is the main component of the outer shell of insects, this insecticide disrupts the moulting and growth of pests and causes their death.
